RBJ Schlegel Holdings was established in 1960's by Ron Schlegel and he continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Board. Ron's sons are also actively involved and all hold senior management positions within the company; Rob is the Chief Financial Officer, James is the Chief Executive Officer and Brad is the Vice President of Design and Construction, since1994, 1993, and 2007 respectively.
